Scope: Product management

Contracted as a key member of Supreme's digital product team for two years, I managed development updates for their high-traffic ecommerce storefronts. This included overseeing their iconic weekly online product drops across eight U.S. and European stores, handling traffic spikes of up to 10 million daily users and triaging against sophisticated bot activity.

I also led a multi-year product roadmap, overseeing the development and successful launch of a custom backend and frontend application. In this role, I acted as the key liaison between the design and development teams and key stakeholders within the company.

Additionally, I played a key role in the core team responsible for migrating the iconic website to the Shopify platform.
