Served as the account lead for L’Oréal at Wondersauce, overseeing various projects for its portfolio brands, including Lancôme.

Led the discovery, UX, and product management efforts to enhance Lancôme’s User Preference Center, which involved improving how users save products, earn points, and receive gifts with purchase. Key contributions included recommending enhancements to the User Preference Center and strategizing how it could be leveraged to personalize other areas of the site, with the goals of increasing site engagement and conversion rates, building brand loyalty and customer acquisition and strengthening the brand’s value proposition by driving direct-to-consumer purchases through personalized experience.

My role involved conducting in-depth research to understand Lancôme’s loyal customers and their needs, mapping user flows, and leading the UX and UI design to integrate these flows across all key site touchpoints.
